Refund and Cancellation Policy.

At DIGITALCONFEX, we strive to create a platform where professionals from across the globe come together to share knowledge, ideas, and opportunities. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’ve designed a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate such situations.

For Attendees (In-Person):

  • If you are unable to join the conference, we will issue a credit note equivalent to your registration fee, redeemable for any of our upcoming conferences within 2 years.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the conference date to qualify for a credit note.

For Sponsors & Exhibitors:

  • Sponsors or exhibitors who inform us 20 days prior to the event can choose either:
    • Recommending any paid reference who can join on their behalf /or Refund 50% Sponsor fee {which will be done in a months’ time post conference), or
    • A credit note for future conferences.

If the Conference is Cancelled:

  • In the unlikely event of a conference cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a lifetime credit note, redeemable for any of our future conferences.
