Wahyu Razak is leading counsel for Moladin, an omnichannel E2E automotive platform and digital SME financing. He has worked in various multinational companies and been in leadership roles specializing in financial institutions. His 15+ years of professional experience includes using technology intelligence as a tool to drive the compliance framework of AML, CFT, CPF and data protection. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Berkeley, California. He has received grants from national and international sponsors to pursue degrees and legal research including publishing an international academic journal with the Berkeley Law Journal.
