Tufayl Merchant is the Co-Founder and Business Director at HOWL Digital, bringing over 15 years of rich industry experience. In 2014, Tufayl ventured into entrepreneurship by co-founding Fixy, a hyper-local on-demand home services company in Mumbai. Despite the competitive market and financial challenges, Tufayl’s perseverance led Fixy to be accelerated by Venture Nursery in 2015. Though Fixy closed in 2017, Tufayl’s entrepreneurial spirit remained unshaken. He built HOWL Digital, where he navigated the organisation through the pandemic with a strong emphasis on mental health and stability.
Tufayl has driven key initiatives at HOWL, such as implementing a rewarding ESOP structure, automating business development processes, and promoting data-driven decision-making.
