He currently works as a Senior Manager at ServiceNow, specializing in Cloud Operations and Problem Management, with extensive experience across Retail, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, Airlines and Media & Entertainment.
A passionate advocate for applied Artificial Intelligence, Swapnil has contributed to research and innovation through seven Data Science patents and has authored more than 15 books covering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, SQL, Visualization, Retail, and Supply Chain Management. His research work has also been published through leading international academic publishers.
Beyond his corporate career, Swapnil is actively involved in higher education, executive learning, and industry-focused skill development.
