Shereen (Shery) Ashraf Younis, Head of Data and Analytics  at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions

Shereen (Shery) Younis has 18 years work experience covering management consulting, HR and Data analytics. She has a marketing and finance BA from American university in Cairo & MBA from IESE in Spain.

Shereen started her data career in 2010 as a team lead in Vodafone Egypt customer insights team. She also started the first research and insights team in VOIS in 2014 that served over 10 Operators customer research needs and analytics needs such as sentiment analysis solutions. During her time in VOIS she partnered with customer care in joined projects to generate insights to drive better customer experience and customer care efficiency. She also worked for Vodafone and Amazon in the area of learning & talent development and HR analytics.

She is currently heading the Data analytics and insights solutions team in Egypt that was launched in 2022 with a range of skill set of data architects, data engineers and product managers serving group Data and Analytics team. She is also leading the Center of Excellence of Customer Care & Customer Experience Excellence Data and analytics.
