Sebina Noreen Malik

Sebina graduated in the UK with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree in 2006. She also holds a Post Graduate Qualification from BPP University Law School, UK in which she attained her Legal Practice Certificate.

Sebina began her career at Pannone LLP, a city law firm, UK over 13 years ago. She now works as a self-employed Consultant Solicitor after building a loyal client base and deals with a mixture of litigation and dispute resolution cases. Her more specific focus area includes contractual disputes. As a result, she is skilled in drafting and negotiating, she is solution oriented, efficient, passionate about her work and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Sebina also has experience in dealing with misuse of private information and the Right to be Forgotten requests.

Sebina has previously worked with Third Party Funders on various litigation and professional negligence matters enabling clients to bring a claim, which through lack of resources they were otherwise unable to bring.

In her spare time, Sebina undertakes online Pro Bono work for The DIFC Courts in Dubai (UAE), assisting individuals in need of legal advice and allowing litigants’ access to justice. One of the highlights of her career was in October 2013 when she was presented the Access to Justice Award.

In her spare time, Sebina enjoys travelling, fine dining, attending the theatre and is enthusiastic about fitness in particular, Body Combat and Body Balance.
