Saloni Tuteja is a seasoned healthcare lawyer and is currently the head of legal for middle east region for Servier. Her previous experience includes working as a regional legal and compliance counsel for the same region for Gilead and as well as being a director for legal in Zimmer Biomet India where she contributed in establishing the legal and compliance program for South Asia.
She has had substantial exposure in both Middle East and APAC region and brings with her 16 years of experience. Saloni started her career in private practice where she represented variety of industries in relation to commercial, competition, employment, anti-corruption and dispute resolution matters.
Saloni attained her legal education from India and holds a masters from UC Berkeley, USA, specialising in business laws. She also holds a certification in Asia Pacific Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, USA. She has many publications to her credit and chaired the ethics and compliance committee of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) for Indian region and is active part of Phrmag.
On a personal note, Saloni is a vegetarian and a animal lover. She is passionate about vintage cars, watches and architecture. She is currently based in Dubai.
