He is currently CTO, Executive Vice President @ Capgemini, Leading AI Driven Innovation, orchestrating cutting-edge initiatives at the intersection of technology and human capital Globally.
With over 29 years of experience, Mukesh has been leading AI driven large-scale product innovation, analytics, machine learning, IoT, people analytics, sustainability, ESG, and more. He has held key senior leadership positions at Microsoft, Jio, NICE, and VFS Global, leading groundbreaking AI Driven initiatives and setting up GCCs in India.
Mukesh’s leadership is characterized by a strategic vision that propels organizations towards unprecedented growth. He excels in technology strategy formulation, leadership development and delivering innovative products. He is also an accomplished TEDx speaker, motivator, executive leadership coach and author of 2 books. He regularly imparts his knowledge as adjunct faculty across multiple prestigious universities. As National Convenor for AI at JITO, he is leading social cause of spreading AI knowledge and adoption across the community.
