Motilal Chaturvedi is a vice president and head of health, safety, environment, and security (HSE & Security) at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), one of the leading financial institutions in the Middle East.
He has over 23 years of experience in HSE & Security risk management, covering the domains of physical and electronic security, health and safety, environment, business continuity and resiliency, and corporate sustainability and ESG.
He holds multiple credentials from international organizations, such as CRisP, MSyl, M-IPSA, IDHSE, LA ISO, MiiRSM, FCiiSCM, CPP, Cert IV- Security Risk, and CATS.
Motilal is responsible for establishing the HSE & Security risk, governance, and compliance framework for FAB locally and globally, aligning it with the enterprise risk management framework and the industry best practices and standards.
He also provides strategic direction and leadership to develop and implement HSE & Security projects and management systems, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and BS 16000. He leverages the latest technology and innovation to create effective and efficient solutions for overcoming the challenges of HSE & Security risk, especially in the financial sector.
He is a recognized member and contributor of some of the leading standard-setting institutions of international repute, and a global thought leader in his field of expertise.
