A legal professional with 2 years of experience in litigation practice and 12 experience in corporate legal.
After graduating from the law school with two (2) professional bachelor’s degrees in “Social Legal Science” and “Law”, I started my career as a litigation attorney in India in 2009 and continued my litigation practice 2 years before shifting my interest into corporate legal in 2011. Exposure to manage multiple corporate houses during my litigation practice had eventually brought me into the corporate part of the legal practice.
It has been a wonderful journey serving as corporate lawyer in various industries including IT, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Finance. I have been fortunate enough to get associated with front-runners of these industries viz. Novartis, Hershey, WNS, and Digital River, etc. My areas of work in this part of the legal arena includes legal advisory & consultancy, compliance solutions, contract Lifecyle management, data privacy, anti-bribery, POSH, and internal audit.
