Md Faruk Hossain is a User Experience Leader, Practitioner, and Mentor with more than 15 years of experiences in Telecom, FMCG, Non-Profit, and Critical Communications sectors. He is currently Senior Manager and Head of User Experience of Critical Communications at the Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Faruk is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from HFI (Human Factors International). He is also a Certified UX Professional from NN/g (Nielsen Norman Group) specialty in UX Management and Leadership.

With his more than a decade of experiences in User Experience Research, Design, and Leadership, Faruk aspires to bring the technology in life that brings delightful experiences and values in our everyday lives.
