Maja (pronounced “Maya”) is the Marketing Manager with The CAZA® Group, a Real Estate Services Platform and one of the top 0.9% Keller Williams teams operating in Northern Virginia and Tennessee. She joined the advertising industry in 2012 – an environment in which she found herself somewhat accidentally after years of studies in Europe and the United States in the field of International Relations, Asian Studies, and History. A solid academic foundation has awakened in her the gift of creative writing on virtually any topic. So she became a copywriter. Before moving to the USA, Maja worked for over 30 brands in 12 European markets, serving as a team leader in the Polish branches of global advertising agencies, such as VML (now VMLY&R) and Cheil Worldwide. Apart from marketing, Maja co-runs one of the most recognizable mentoring programs for young professionals in Poland, Mentors4Starters. With over 250 alumni, M4S is a powerhouse for socially responsible leaders in business, NGOs, and culture.
