Himanshu Jessie Wadia, Director, AI Innovation & Automation at Amdocs
Himanshu Jessie Wadia is a seasoned IT/Telecom BSS Professional. Throughout his career, Himanshu has embraced highly demanding roles at leading IT and Telecommunications companies such as TCS, Amdocs, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, and Bharti Airtel.
Himanshu’s educational background, with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and an MDP from IIM Calcutta in Technology Management under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Debashish Saha—one of India’s top Technology Educators—laid the groundwork for his extensive career in IT and infrastructure management.
Himanshu was amongst the first 300 people in India to be ITIL Expert certified in 2014 and in December 2023, he was awarded ITIL Master by Axelos Global Best Practice.
His core expertise areas are Data Centre & Private Cloud Technologies and automation, IT Service Management and Application Ops/DevOps.
Currently serving as Director, IT Innovation & Automation with Amdocs, Himanshu is working to create Telecom GenAI and OpsGPT structures for Indian Telecom Operator(s) and modernize Digital Payment Systems.
