Hazem is a Certified Customer Experience Professional who has developed a career connecting the business world with technology. His passion for all things tech started in his early childhood culminating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo in 2002.
For the last 20 years he has been a trusted c-suite advisor driving business and brand transformation across the intersection with customer experience and technology, fusing the conversation at both CXO/CMO and CTO/CIO levels. He has been at the forefront of planning, delivering, evaluating and managing experience strategies and customer engagement programs, web solutions, CRM projects, e-commerce strategies and projects, and MarTech consulting.
Hazem drives a significant track record in devising and implementing regional and global transformation programs and customer experience strategies, developing long-term vision, roadmaps, governance, investment cases and evaluation criteria catering to business objectives and stakeholder interests in multiple organizations and has led the advisory and implementation for many brands, across complex MarTech solutions to influence data-driven customer engagement comms throughout their lifecycle, driving usage of data and personalization.
