Halil Kardicali is an international business lawyer with more than 17 years of practice. He brings a diverse set of multi-jurisdictional legal experience with an emphasis on IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Compliance and Commercial Law. Halil enjoys being in the kitchen; he co-operates with business and management teams to find innovative solutions to complex legal and business problems.
Halil actively seeks different opportunities where he can make an impact and has extended his leadership roles beyond his legal responsibilities many times. He has taken positions as HR Manager, Government Affairs Manager and Country Leader.
Before joining 3M, Halil worked as the Country Counsel for Hewlett Packard. Leading up to his in-house experience, Halil practiced with prominent law firms in Istanbul advising primarily on Corporate Law and M&A. Halil holds law degrees from Cornell University (LL.M.) and Marmara University. He is qualified to practice in New York State and Türkiye.
