Fathy Radwan, is the General Counsel for MOWASALAT “Karwa” a subsidiary of the Qatar Investment Authority, plays a prominent role within the leading transportation company in Qatar. His extensive legal background includes serving as a legal advisor in major law firms, specializing in civil, corporate, commercial, traffic, labor, and procurement laws.
He has provided legal counsel on various transportation-related matters, including public, school, light, and technical transportation, as well as car manufacturing.
Fathy possesses significant expertise in legislations of manufacturing buses, self-driving vehicles, equipment manufacturers, recall operations, distribution, after-sales service, and original equipment manufacturers. Notably, he has played an instrumental role in advising on large-scale international projects, including serving as legal counsel for the official carrier of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Fathy also has diverse experience in legal matters, such as dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and compliance, and related dispute resolution.
