I have a MSc in Psychology and I worked as a Talent Acquisition professional for 8 years. I supported talent needs mainly for streaming and games during that time. I have built and implemented recruitment processes, I helped scale new and existing offices across EMEA and most recently I managed talent needs for Warner Brothers Discovery.
I have coached talent and recruited from Juniors to Heads. I know basic Python and JS. I am a super enthusiastic gamer myself, having played pro gaming back in my teenage years, and I love tech! I am currently skilling up in UX Research and Design where I hope to begin a new journey, ideally in gaming!
