Ashish is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in business consulting, supply chain management, Educational Consulting, and green technology. With over a decade of international experience, he has worked for renowned companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Accenture, Jakson Group, Su-Kam and Nokia in countries like Sweden, China, UK, and India.

His expertise extends to mentoring and he is recognized as a NexGen Mentor at TCS and also as a Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative by NITI Aayog, the think tank of the Government of India. Ashish has been invited as a guest speaker and event judge by over 100 colleges across India, including prestigious institutions like IIMs, IITs, and DU. He enjoys mentoring on various topics including career building, excelling corporate expectations, sustainable development, brand building, and industry-specific supply chain.

Ashish has received numerous accolades for his outstanding contributions. He was the first and only Indian to be awarded the prestigious Paul Fletcher Award in 2014 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)-UK in London. He has also been honored with the Karamveer Chakra Award, Ashoka Award, Promising Indian Award, Noble Citizen Award, and several other awards for his initiatives in youth empowerment and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Additionally, he has been recognized with awards such as the Green Globe Award, Green India Award, Energy Contributor Award, and Young India Change Maker Award for his initiatives in green advocacy and public campaigns.

Ashish is actively involved with various NGOs, including Enactus, Energy Swaraj Foundation, The Institution of Green Engineers, Pawsters Foundation, and Connecting Dreams Foundation. He volunteers and mentors in these organizations, leveraging his expertise and experience to make a positive impact.

Education-wise, Ashish completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering and also pursued a Certification Program in Business Management from the prestigious IIT Bombay. He holds multiple certifications in domains such as digital marketing, supply chain, quality, and lean Six Sigma.

With a passion for learning and professional growth, Ashish has visited over 50 manufacturing factories, including Indian Railways, Tata Motors, ITC, Bajaj, Spark Minda, and Lumax.
