Aishwarya is a dynamic leader having 22+yrs of industry experience in the Data and AI domain focusing on Strategy Consulting, Enterprise Transformation, Analyst Communications, Product & Program management, with an impeccable track record of driving business growth. She is highly customer obsessed and has been responsible for many new logos in close collaboration with the partner ecosystem in her previous role.
She has done phenomenal work in pushing diversity to leadership roles and mentoring women in tech and hence based on that she received award for Best firm in women in Tech by Analytics India Magazine. She was recently invited by IIT Madras to review their BS degree in Data Science and Machine Learning and is one of the prominent Leaders working with premier education institutions to define the right skill enablement channels and curriculum to bridge the skill GAP between Organizations and Institutions.
She is also an author of AI for everyone booklet published by NASSCOM in Hindi and driving Adaptive AI adoption in its simplest form. She has been a Panellist on many AI External events and is a proud author of AI trends Report published by Pcloudy. In free time she studies the broad use of data and analytics within enterprises, with a focus on emerging strategies like Generative AI to institutionalize Prompt Engineering, Web 3.0 and other AI techniques. Prior to joining Wipro, Aishwarya was part of IBM where she led AI Quality Platform, helping redesign digital business approach with AI Solutions and defining go-to-market strategies to monetize Industry models. She drove marketing and successful adoption of several offerings across geographies, and aligned business goals, brand and behaviours across the Organization. She has deep expertise in building pricing strategy for AI and Digital assets.
She has Executive Education in Leading Customer Growth from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and Brand Management from London Business school.
Besides her professional work, she is a fierce advocate of sustainability and saving nature. She has been a brand ambassador for Waste Management & Plantation in Delhi NCR and was facilitated by District Magistrate of Ghaziabad for becoming the first zero waste society under her guidance. She is also a Certified Mentor of Change appointed by Niti Ayog, Govt of India for educating 2lac girls under STEM Initiative.
