Having practised in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court and across various states in India, armed with significant experience, I started my own practice in 2016. I specialise in Family Law, Criminal Law, Testamentary Suits, Non-Litigation Drafting, Complaints under the Negotiable Instruments Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
Over the years, I have managed over 250 clients, across India and from around the world. I am proud to say over 80% of these matters were settled in the favour of my client.
In the pursuit of justice and quick resolutions, I have encouraged many out of Court settlements, which has enabled my clients, to begin life afresh, thus saving them and their families from years of emotional trauma, and other resources such as time and money. I have singularly worked on a host of pro-bono matters with the sole motive to give back to the society and make effective legal representation easily available to the under-privileged.
I am the legal head of the National Sports Club of India, Mumbai and I legally represent Inlaks General Hospital also based in Mumbai and I am a Trustee of Rashtriya Seva Samiti legally representing them as and when needed.
I continue to work with the belief that, “Lawyers have a professional and moral duty to give the best possible advice to their client under a given circumstance and represent them effectively to convince the Hon’ble Court of the said given circumstance.”
