Tushar Kamble, currently working as Director : Data & AI at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.. Over the past 20+ years, including 10+ years in leadership, I’ve been building and scaling AI, data, and cloud platforms across fintech, manufacturing, and enterprise SaaS. My journey has been about creating real impact from setting up AI Centers of Excellence and scaling teams from 0 to 60+, to delivering large-scale LLM and agentic AI solutions for global organizations like Apple, Anthropic, and ServiceNow.
Beyond my corporate role, I’m a co-founder at Arrival Hual, advisor at Version T, and actively involved in ecosystems like Ecosystem, Kampd, and BBK, where I focus on building communities and shaping AI adoption. I’m also the author of AI Is Not Magic, where I share my perspective on building responsible, scalable AI systems.
For me, AI is not just technology, it’s about solving real problems, building meaningful systems, and enabling people and businesses to grow.
