His leadership in developing IT policies and training programs significantly improved the organization’s technical capabilities.
At HDFC Bank, where he served as Vice President of IT (Retail Assets), he played a critical role in integrating Centurion Bank of Punjab into HDFC Bank, pioneering centralized data warehousing for analytics-driven decision-making. He was also a key figure in launching HDB Financial Services (HDBFS), HDFC Bank’s NBFC startup initiative.
