Faith Tang is a globally experienced marketing and growth strategist with over 20 years of leadership spanning industrial technologies, life sciences, healthcare, media, education, international trade. She currently leads APAC Regional Marketing Process Industries at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, a global leader in peristaltic pump technologies for life sciences and industrial applications. In this role, she drives integrated, multi-market strategies across complex B2B environments, positioning innovation-led solutions that enable sustainable industrial growth.

Faith has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Marketing Leaders in APAC 2025 by MarTech Outlook and awarded Iconic Woman Creating a Better World 2025 by the India-ASEAN Business Council and Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) for advancing AI-driven enablement in traditional sectors.

Faith was a panel speaker at the 21st UNIDO General Conference in Saudi Arabia, contributing to global discussions on women’s empowerment, inclusive industrialization, and sustainable economic development. An advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation, she sits on the Executive Committee of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (Hong Kong Chapter). She was a speaker at the Women Economic Forum ASEAN 2025, served as an APEC 2004 panellist, and gave a talk at TEDx JalanTunjungan.

Faith has lectured on international marketing at leading Latin American business schools and published in international journals. She is co-author of Mindful Marketing in Southeast Asia. Her thought leadership focuses on strategic storytelling, AI integration, ESG and sustainability, B2B and B2C strategies, and cross-border market expansion.

Fluent in six languages and with professional experience across South America, APAC, Europe, and the Middle East, Faith operates at the intersection of industry, innovation, AI, and impact.
