Prof.(Dr.) Sandeep Mathur, Professor & Iqac Head at Amity University Greater Noida
Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Mathur is a seasoned academician and researcher with over 20 years of experience in computer science education, research, and administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and currently serves as Professor, Dy. Proctor & IQAC Head at Amity Engineering & Technology Domain, Amity University, Greater Noida.
He has an extensive research portfolio with 60+ publications in SCI, Scopus, WoS, and UGC-listed journals, and has authored a book titled New Emerging IT Technologies & Their Applications. His innovative contributions include 15 patents and copyrights in IoT, AI, and smart systems.
Dr. Mathur has held leadership roles such as Head of Department, Placement & Industry Cell Coordinator, and Program Director, and has actively contributed to NAAC accreditation, campus recruitment, and curriculum development. He is currently guiding 5 Ph.D. scholars and has mentored numerous UG/PG research projects.
His technical expertise spans AI, IoT, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering, supported by multiple certifications from CISCO, Amity Future Academy, and NIIT. He has organized and chaired numerous FDPs, workshops, and international conferences, and is a lifetime member of several professional bodies including IACSIT, CSTA, SDIWC, and IAENG.
