Currently serving as Engagement Director – CIO Advisory at Tata Consultancy Services, he works closely with C-suite executives to drive large-scale Agile, DevOps, and Lean transformations across industries such as BFSI, media, telecom, automotive, and entertainment. Ashutosh specializes in establishing Value Management Offices, creating psychologically safe work cultures, and extending agile practices beyond IT to domains like HR, marketing, and finance.
