Kelferd Hor is a UK certified Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and an Australian ICT Certified Professional (CP) with over 13 years of experience in technology start-ups and digital product management.
He is currently the Vice President of Investors Digital Experience at RHB Banking Group, where he is responsible for the development and delivery of Conversational Banking (Live Chat, Chatbot & AI) and Digital Wealth Management. He is also an ambassador for the Association of International Product Marketing & Management (AIPMM).
