Rosemary Lokhorst is an award-winning producer, writer, and entrepreneur with a strong background in technology and storytelling. She is the CEO at Badass Studios, a company specializing in spatial XR for real-time immersive experiences in sports, music, and entertainment.
Rosemary has played key roles in Fortune 500 technology companies and guided start-ups to success. Her creation of Shadow’s Edge, a self-help mobile game designed to promote resilience in young adults, received numerous awards.
Rosemary was a founding member at Living PlanIT, contributing to the integration of IoT and gaming into urban planning. As a dedicated advocate for women in gaming and immersive tech, Rosemary collaborates with innovation hubs, speaks at conferences, and serves as a university guest lecturer. She is also a screenwriter, and one of her screenplays is an Academy Nicholl Fellowship semi-finalist.
