The journey of imbibing qualities of a good leader began early at the age of 11yrs , in a resedential school when I got selected for Navodaya Vidyalaya where we were trained and mentored to be good leader. Schooling at Navodaya Vidyalaya paved my way forthe prestigious National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy.Learning and traing are continuous in Defence forces and I had the opportunity of trg at premier defence institutes like Mil College of Telecom Engg, Army War College, College of Mil Engg and Int School besides multiple MDPs.
I pride myself as a team player with proven abilities to motivate teams towards achieving organisational goals. I have sound communication and people management skills and I think connecting with people is one of my strong points. I embrace challenges and align myself towards the achievement of organisational goals in the most efficient manner.
Diversity in career profile enabled me to experience unique opportunities and The varied roles that I have been tasked with made me rich with the experience of handling multifarious situations, most of which were in adversarial conditions and required quick decision making.
