I am currently the Head of Labour & Employment law for APAC in an American multinational Company, Jabil. My team and I advise on full spectrum of employment law issues for APAC including providing strategic and commercial advice as well. I grew up in a Labour and Employment law environment since my Dad was also in the same field and I suppose I gravitated naturally towards that field. Prior to moving in-house, I was in private practise for about 23 years where my focus was on Labour & Employment law litigation. I enjoy the human factor of Employment law matters where while advising how to comply with the law, we are also conscious that we need to be sensitive.
