Nishant Sapra is the Founder of The Dreamer Designs, an award-winning Design, Development & AI Studio he started in 2012. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, he has grown the studio from an independent venture into a distributed team working with 300+ organisations across 30+ countries.
Over the years, Nishant and his team have worked with organisations such as Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, Upwork, the Paralympic Committee of India, and leading PSUs including SECL (Coal India), along with startups, nonprofits, and global enterprises.
A designer at heart and an entrepreneur by experience, Nishant is passionate about remote work culture and the possibilities of AI as a tool for solving real-world problems. His work and interests sit at the intersection of design, technology, AI, business, and people.
A TEDx speaker, Nishant enjoys sharing his experiences of building a bootstrapped global studio, working with distributed teams, embracing emerging technologies, and navigating the constantly evolving world of design and entrepreneurship.
