I was a lawyer in Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (ZICO), where I practiced the full spectrum of IP matters, from creation and protection to litigation and enforcement of IP rights within the ASEAN regional network and working closely with foreign counsel globally.
Currently, I serve as a Legal Counsel specializing in IP at Standard Chartered Bank, COE, My responsibilities include providing specialized legal advice to Group Brand, overseeing advertising laws, and managing a global trademark portfolio. Also actively involved in advising the Group Transformation, Technology & Operations team on tech IP matters and projects, collaborating with other legal teams on strategic initiatives, and ensuring legal clearance for IP transactions and initiatives.
